HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 5, 2007, the parties submitted a proposed revised discovery schedule.
The proposed discovery schedule is accepted to the extent as follows. Written discovery,
including but not limited to, interrogatories, document requests and requests for
admission must be completed and served on or before August 31, 2007. Responses to
written discovery must be completed and served on or before September 28, 2007. Fact
depositions must be completed on or before November 30, 2007. Notices of expert
witness deposition, including but not limited to, depositions and subpoenas, must be
served on or before December 19, 2007. Expert depositions must be completed on or
before February 29, 2008.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on September 6, 2007, at 9:30 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing.
