HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 9, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent’s consultant is working on compliance language for the
proposed stipulation and settlement agreement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on October 15, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
