HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 3, 2007, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondent First Choice Construction will sign the proposed
stipulation and settlement agreement, then the parties will circulate the document for
signatures at the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on September 6, 2007. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
