HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 2, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer. The parties hope to file the proposed settlement agreement with the Board before the
next status conference.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on August 2, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
