HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 22, 2007, the parties submitted a joint motion for a revised discovery schedule.
The revised discovery schedule is accepted to the extent as follows. Written discovery must be
served on or before July 15, 2007. Responses to written discovery must be served on or before
September 15, 2007. Fact depositions must be completed on or before November 16, 2007.
Experts must be disclosed on or before January 31, 2008. Expert depositions must be completed
on or before March 31, 2008. Dispositive motions must be filed on or before May 28, 2008.
Please note that some of the revised dates submitted fell on a weekend. The dates were revised
accordingly by the hearing officer.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on July 26, 2007, at 10:00 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the conference the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
