SUPPLEMENT TO THE PIPELINE CONSORTIUM'S MOTION FOR
PRODUCTION OF INFORMATION
NOW COME ANR PIPELINE COMPANY, NATURAL GAS PIPELINE COMPANY,
TRUNKLINE GAS COMPANY, and PANHANDLE EASTERN PIPELINE COMPANY
(collectively "the Pipeline Consortium"), by and through their attorneys, SCHIFF
HARDIN
LLP, and, pursuant to 3 5 111.Adm.Code
ยง 9
102.402 and 10 1.6 14, supplement its motion, filed
June 29, 2007, that the Hearing Officer to order the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
("Agency") to produce any and all documents related to the
BaseK OSAT/PSAT simulations
summarized in the
Powerpoint presentation that accompanied Michael Koerber's pre-filed
testimony, submitted by the Agency on May 11, 2007.
This Supplement to the Pipeline
Consortium's Motion for Production of Information is for the purpose of clarifying how the
modeling data requested should be conveyed to the Pipeline Consortium's consultant.
The
modeling requested is the following:

The Pipeline Consortium understands that modeling data is typically shared among
modelers through external USB hard drives. Therefore, the Pipeline Consortium's modeling
consultant, Alpine Geophysics, will provide Mr. Michael Koerber, Executive Director of the
Lake Michigan Air Directors Consortium ("LADCO") with an external
USBIFirewire hard drive,
onto which the Pipeline Consortium requests that LADCO copy the information indicated above.
Alpine Geophysics will provide for return of the hard drive via an overnight carrier. This
method is consistent with the practice that Alpine Geophysics has employed with LADCO in
other circumstances. The return of the hard drive will be to:
