ORDER OF THE BOARD (by G.T. Girard):
On June 11, 2007, the Board received a letter from Philip J. Mole, President of
Sun Eco Systems. The letter does not comport with the Board’s procedural rules
    concerning petition contents (
    see
35 Ill. Adm. Code 105.408) and the statutorily
    prescribed filing fee (
    see
415 ILCS 5/7.5 (2006)). Furthermore, by statute an appeal of
an Illinois Environmental Protection Agency decision must be filed within 35 days of
    receipt of the decision (
    see
415 ILCS 5/40(a)(1) (2006)). Therefore, the letter was not
timely and did not meet any of the Board or statutory requirements for a petition for
review. The Board dismisses and closes this docket.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, John T. Therriault, Assistant Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board,
certify that the Board adopted the above order on June 21, 2007, by a vote of 4-0.
    John T. Therriault, Assistant Clerk
    Illinois Pollution Control Board
