ORDER OF THE BOARD (by G.T. Girard):
On May 14, 2007, the County of Jackson (County) timely filed an administrative citation
against Ryan Dantone, d/b/a The Gallery (respondent).

415 ILCS 5/31.1(c) (2006); 35 Ill.
Adm. Code 108.202(c). The administrative citation concerns a site commonly known as
DeSoto/Ryan Dantone site with Site Code No. 0778035019, and located in Jackson County. The
County alleges that respondent violated Sections 21(p)(1), (3) and (7) of the Environmental
Protection Act (415 ILCS 5/21(p)(1), (3) and (7) (2006)) by open dumping resulting in litter,
open burning and deposition of general construction or demolition debris or clean construction or
demolition debris.
On June 11, 2007, the County filed a motion to dismiss the administrative citation. The
Board grants that motion and dismisses the administrative citation.
