ORDER OF THE BOARD (by N.J. Melas):
On May 31, 2007, the complainant, The Village of Lombard, Illinois (the Village), filed a
motion to voluntarily dismiss this citizens enforcement cost recovery action. The Village states
the parties have reached a settlement agreement. The Board grants the complainant’s motion,
dismisses this case, and closes the docket.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
