HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 19, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondents’ attorney is compiling additional documentation
pertaining to whether Bobby Myers is a proper party to this action. The parties continue
to discuss the possibility of settlement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 1:45 p.m. on July 16, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
