HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 19, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. USEPA has not yet responded on the Title V issues. The parties met recently to
discuss the remaining issues, and petitioner is preparing its response to respondent’s position.
Petitioner agreed to file a deadline waiver to January 24, 2008 within the next seven days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on September 18, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
The decision deadline is October 18, 2007.
