HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 19, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties are considering the best manner in which to dispose of this case, as
respondent already has paid the fine.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:15 p.m. on July 16, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
