HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 18, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties agree that discovery is proceeding well without a formal schedule,
and respondent Drake is still negotiating settlement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on August 20, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainants.
