HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 18, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainant has decided to proceed with the case, and will schedule
respondent’s deposition within the next month.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on August 20, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
