HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 21, 2007, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. The respondent was directed to submit another evaluation of Edward
Pruim’s medical condition by his attending cardiologist on or before July 20, 2007.
The complainant requested that hearing dates in December 2007 should be
discussed. The parties were directed to obtain a list of possible hearing dates in
December 2007, and discuss them at the next telephonic status conference. The hearing
is anticipated to last 4 days.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on July 26, 2007, at 1:00 p.m. The telephonic
status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be
prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matters and their readiness for
hearing.
