HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 21, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Complainant’s proposed stipulation and settlement agreement is still
under review at the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency. Once approved, it will be
sent to respondents.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on August 20, 2007. The telephone status conference will
be initiated by the complainant, but each party is responsible for its own appearance.
