HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 14, 2007, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. The respondent represented that it is reviewing the budget
amendment and is hopeful it will be approved. Once approved, the petitioner represented
that it will file a motion to voluntarily dismiss the above-captioned matter.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference on July 26, 2007, at 10:45 a.m. The status conference must be initiated
by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the
status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If, however, the petitioner files a motion
to voluntarily dismiss prior to the next status conference, the conference will be cancelled
without further notice.
