HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 14, 2007, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. The respondent represented that it is prepared to issue the permit.
The petitioner represented that it will then file a motion to voluntarily dismiss the above-
captioned matter.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference on June 28, 2007, at 9:30 a.m. The status conference must be initiated
by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the
status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If, however, a motion to dismiss is filed
prior to the next status conference, the conference will be cancelled without further
notice.
