HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 14, 2007, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. The complainant represented that the parties have been progressing
and that it will draft a stipulation and proposal for settlement for review. A few issues
remain outstanding. If needed, any discovery issues will be discussed at the next
telephonic status conference.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on August 16, 2007, at 11:45 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing.
