HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 14, 2007, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties represented that settlement discussions continue. To that
end, the hearing officer directs the complainant to file its response to respondent’s motion
for leave to file answer instanter, filed February 28, 2007, on or before August 3, 2007.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on July 26, 2007, at 10:15 a.m. The telephonic
status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be
prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for
hearing.
