HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 12, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Four new fan blades have been installed, and complainants report a significant
improvement in the noise level. Two more blades will be installed within the next week, and
complainants will decide whether this remedy resolves their concerns.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 3:00 p.m. on July 12, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainants.
