HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 12, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties are satisfied with the progress of discovery, and a hearing is still
planned for August 23-24, 2007.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on July 17, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioners.
The decision deadline is November 15, 2007.
