HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 11, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties are discussing the possibility of settlement, and should
know by the next status conference whether a hearing may be needed. If the parties do
not wish to set a hearing date, petitioner must be prepared to file a deadline waiver.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 1:30 p.m. on July 12, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by
the petitioner.
The decision deadline in this case is currently October 18, 2007.
