HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 12, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The permit reviewer assigned to this appeal is no longer with the Agency, and a
new reviewer has not yet been assigned. The remaining issues pertaining to the effect of prior
construction permits are complex, and the parties will meet to further discuss to the situation.
