hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Complainant reports that respondent is making
progress on compliance issues, and the parties continue to discuss settlement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on September 6, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
