HEARING OFFICER ORDER
The parties are hereby advised that the above-captioned matters have been
assigned to the hearing officer identified below. From this date forward, any document
filed with the Clerk of the Board must also be severed individually on the hearing officer.
In the event that the Board accepts these matters, the parties are directed to participate in
a telephonic status conference on the date and time noted below.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on June 14, 2007, at 1:00 p.m. The telephonic
status conference must be initiated by the petitioners, but each party is nonetheless
