HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 31, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties have reached a tentative agreement regarding the type of barrier to
be installed. Complainant wants proof that it will be effective, so respondent will send the
design information to complainant’s noise expert.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on July 9, 2007. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
complainant.
