HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 29, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondent has issued a new permit, and petitioner’s attorney will
file a motion to dismiss as soon as she receives confirmation from petitioner.
If the motion to dismiss is not received by June 28, 2007, the hearing officer will
set another status conference.
Petitioner has filed an open waiver in this case.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
