HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 22, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Since the Board did not approve the parties’ proposed settlement
agreement, respondent will look into alternative solutions.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:00 p.m. August 21, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by
the petitioner.
Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the decision deadline.
