HEARING OFFICER ORDER

hearing officer. Petitioner’s attorney will confirm with petitioner whether respondent’s most
recent settlement offer is acceptable.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:00 p.m. August 21, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the decision deadline.
