HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 17, 2007, the parties submitted an agreed proposed discovery schedule. The
discovery schedule is accepted to the extent as follows.
Final interrogatories and final document requests must be served on or before July 20,
2007. Answers to final interrogatories and final document requests must be served on or before
August 24, 2007. Supplementation or amendments of prior discovery responses must be served
on or before August 31, 2007. Pre-hearing disclosures of the respective parties’ list of exhibits
and witnesses and list of stipulated facts must be filed on or before September 28, 2007.
Supplemental discovery closes on December 14, 2007. Dispositive motions and motions in
limine must be filed on or before January 25, 2008.
