HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 21, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Complainant’s attorney is drafting a proposed stipulation and
settlement agreement. When the proposal is approved by complainant’s management and
the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency, it will be sent to respondents.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on June 21, 2007. The telephone status conference will be
initiated by the complainant, but each party is responsible for its own appearance.
