HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 15, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties agree that the answer to the complaint shall be due by
June 19, 2007. At the next status conference, the parties will propose a discovery
schedule.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on July 16, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
