HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 15, 2007, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. As last reported, respondent’s
compliance schedule had been extended due to the weather, and complainant was preparing a
penalty demand.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on June 18, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
