HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 10, 2007, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer
. The complainant represented that they are still exploring avenues for settlement
with the respondents and that the discussions thus far have been encouraging
. Discovery is
proceeding and the parties continue to discuss any issues that arise
.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on June 14, 2007, at 11
:30 a .m
. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance
. The complainant represented that it will notify the parties and the hearing
officer of a call-in number prior to the next telephonic status conference
. At the status
conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
their readiness for hearing
