    (CAAPP Permit Appeal)
ORDER OF THE BOARD (by G.T. Girard):
On January 26, 2007, the Board, at the parties’ request, extended until April 14, 2007, the
time period within which Electro-Motive Diesel, Inc. (Electro-Motive) may appeal a December
13, 2006 determination of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency).
    See
    415
    ILCS 5/40 (a)(1) (2004); 35 Ill. Adm. Code 105. The Agency issued Electro-Motive a renewal
permit, with conditions, under the Clean Air Act Permit Program for Electro-Motive’s
manufacturing facility for locomotives and components located at 9301 W. 55th Street, McCook,
Cook County. Because Electro-Motive failed to timely file an appeal, the Board dismisses this
    case and closes the docket.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, John T. Therriault, Assistant Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, certify that
the Board adopted the above order on May 3, 2007, by a vote of 4-0.
