HEARING OFFICER ORDER

hearing officer. Complainant plans to file an amended complaint within the next month due to a
new release at the site.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on June 17, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
