Pursuant to Section 5-40(c) of the Administrative Procedure Act, SCAR is requesting from your

agency an analysis of the economic and budgetary effects of the above-referenced rulemaking

.

The analysis can be completed using the standard SCAR economic impact form and can be

transmitted to SCAR as soon as

it is ready, but at least by the time the agency submits its Second

Notice on this rulemaking .

SCAR staff will contact you if they need any further economic information not covered by your

submission of the form . The information from the economic and budgetary analysis will be

presented to the members of SCAR as part of the staffs review of this issue
