HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 3, 2007, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties were informed that complainant’s motion for a protective
order and respondent’s response will be reviewed and an order will be issued. The
parties represented that they will proceed with depositions and exchanging discovery in
the interim.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference on June
21, 2007, at 11:30 a.m. The telephonic status conference must be initiated by the
complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the
status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
