HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 7, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer. Complainant and respondent Provena expect to know by the next status conference
whether settlement will be possible. The SEPs previously mentioned are no longer under
consideration. Complainant and respondent Cemetery Association are finalizing a settlement
agreement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on July 9, 2007 for respondent Provena, and 10:00 a.m. on July 10, 2007 for
respondent Cemetery Association. The status conferences shall be initiated by the complainant.
