HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 7, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties will make one more effort to settle this matter. If an
agreement cannot be reached, respondent will then file a motion to dismiss or a motion
for summary judgment.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on June 7, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
