HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 3, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer. Petitioner is reviewing some final issues, but it is possible that a motion to voluntarily
dismiss will be filed before the next status conference. Petitioner agreed to file a deadline waiver
to January 1, 2008 within the next seven days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on August 2, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
The decision deadline for this case is August 23, 2007.
