HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 3, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer. The parties are meeting tomorrow to discuss petitioner’s compliance proposal for the
new permit. Petitioner may then need to provide additional information to respondent.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on July 3, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
The statutory decision deadline is August 23, 2007. Petitioner agreed to file a 180-day
deadline waiver within the next seven days.
