HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 26, 2007, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The petitioner represented that it is exploring the possibility of submitting
further documents with the respondent for their review and proceed with further discussions.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on May 10, 2007, at 1:00 p.m. The status conference must
be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance.
At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
