HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 3, 2007, the parties participated separately in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer. The parties will discuss a revised discovery
schedule, and expect to complete most of the written discovery before the next status
conference.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on July 9, 2007. The telephone status conference will be
initiated by the complainant.
