HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 26, 2007, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties represented that a stipulation and proposal for settlement
(stipulation) has been signed by the complainant and is now with the respondent for
signature. Respondent is reviewing it and it is anticipated that the stipulation will be
signed and filed prior to the next telephonic status conference.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a
telephonic status conference with the hearing officer on May 24, 2007, at 9:45 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing. If, however, a stipulation is filed prior to the next status conference, the
conference will be cancelled without further notice.
