HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 1, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer. The parties are focusing on compliance issues. A site visit and a meeting with the
Illinois Environmental Protection Agency are planned, after which the penalty issues will be
reviewed.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on July 3, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
