HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 1, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer. Petitioner is going to depose a witness from the Agency this month, and will then decide
how to proceed with this case.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 1:30 p.m. on June 11, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
The decision deadline in this case is currently October 18, 2007.
