HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 30, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties continue to exchange discovery documents. Respondent
estimates that it will take another two weeks to get the information needed to respond to
complainant’s interrogatories. The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency continues
to review respondent’s financial information.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. on July 2, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
