    (UST Appeal)
ORDER OF THE BOARD (by G.T. Girard):
On January 26, 2007, the Board, at the parties’ request, extended until April 13, 2007, the
time period within which R. W. Sheridan Oil Company, Inc. (R. W. Sheridan) may appeal a
November 30, 2006 determination of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency).
    See
415 ILCS 5/40 (a)(1) (2004); 35 Ill. Adm. Code 105.406. The Agency rejected the High
Priority Corrective Action Plan for R. W. Sheridan’s leaking underground petroleum storage
tank facility located at Route 54 and Route 150 in Farmer City, DeWitt County. Because R. W.
Sheridan failed to timely file an appeal, the Board dismisses this case and closes the docket.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, certify that the Board
adopted the above order on April 19, 2007, by a vote of 3-0.
    Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk
    Illinois Pollution Control Board
